A: Pours a hazy pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate straw yellow + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a couple of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to strong amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/grapefruit zest, and pine hops over the top of light aromas of biscuit + oat + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are slightly heavier than light flavor of biscuit + oat + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/grapefruit zest, and pine hops which impart a very light amount of bitterness which fades away very quickly leaving light to moderate lingering citrus hop flavors.
M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol, a light/slightly crisp mouthfeel, and just enough soft/fluffiness. Enjoyable with a kind of old school combonation of hop flavors but with very little bitterness. I could easily have a couple of these.
