We started with two Southern Hemisphere faves and mixed in a third newbie hop for us!!! Vic Secret, Galaxy, and Wai-iti combine for an incredibly soft IPA with notes of ripe melon and citrus/lime.

A: Pours a murky golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + bright orange + pale golden yellow + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy stone fruit/peach, tropical/mango, citrus/lime, and tropical/melon hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + honey + wheat + oat malts with light to moderate amounts of honey-like sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + honey + wheat + oat malts with light to moderate amounts of honey-like sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy stone fruit/peach, tropical/mango, citrus/lime, and tropical/melon hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving lingering melon + citrus + stone fruit hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a really nice combination of Southern Hemisphere hops. I could easily have a few of these.
