We bombed this out with everyone's fav southern hemisphere hop, Galaxy, blended with Ella and a newbie for us, Southern Cross. We get super, super bright citrus fruit from top to bottom on this guy, layered on top of a soft, crushable 6.0% body.

A: Pours a very murky almost milky pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate honey + peach + apricot + pale golden yellow + pale orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy pillowy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a few medium sized patches of thick film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange + citrus/lemon zest + stone fruit/apricot + floral + pine hops over the top of light aromas of biscuit + pale + oat malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of biscuit + pale + oat malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange + citrus/lemon zest + stone fruit/apricot + floral + pine hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers slightly then fades away leaving lingering citrus hop flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a slightly different combination of hops than I am seeing in a lot of other hazy pale ales but with great citrus flavors + aromas.

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a pint glass.
Appears hazy yellow orange with a orangish white foamy head that dropped quickly to a small foam cap.
Smells citrusy orange, grapefruit.
Taste follows the nose, sweet.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice hazy pale ale that I look forward to having again.
