We got such a kick out of Cameron Palmer that we decided to do another lemonade inspired sour for y'all!! We started with a a slightly fuller base lemon sour, then blended in just the right amount of raspberry to get us to the finish line. It's somewhere between raspberry lemonade and a melted bomb popsicle, depending on who you ask!!

Pours a slightly golden pink with a white head that dissipates immediately. It smells like fresh lemons and strawberries with a slightly biscuity malt presence. It taste like sour fresh squeezed lemonade with hints of strawberry. It's pleasantly carbonated and goes down easily. Overall a very very good fruited sour.

A: Pours a murky pinkish reddish purple in color with moderate to heavy amount of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate dark ruby red + pink + raspberry red highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense fizzy sudsy foamy pink head that reduces to a medium to large sized patch of very thin film covering a little more than 60% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of sweet lemonade along with light to moderate aromas of slightly sweet, slightly tart raspberries. Very light aromas of slightly sour wheat malts with a light presence of lacto lemon citrus.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with a light presence of lacto lemon citrus. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of sweet lemonade with a light to moderate flavors of slightly sweet/slightly tart raspberries. Overall the beer is moderately tart and sweet and those flavors linger well through the finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with a light to moderate amount of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and very refreshingly tart. Enjoyable with really authentic raspberry lemonade flavors and aromas and just enough tartness. Perfect for the hot summer.
