This IPA fits right into the Party Series! A unique mix of El Dorado, and New Zealand Pacific Sunrise with a touch of Citra. This beer is soft on the palate and has a nice full body. I personally love the mix of these three hops, and it is a beer I will definitely brew again! Show

A: Pours a murky milky pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale orange + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film that covers the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/clementine + citrus/lemon + pear + tropical/mango + floral + herbal hops over a light aroma of biscuit + wheat + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of biscuit + wheat + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/clementine + citrus/lemon + pear + tropical/mango + floral + herbal hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving lingering citrus + herbal hops flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly refreshing mouthfeel (light with a hint of soft/fluffy and some dryness). Very enjoyable combination of hop flavors and aromas. This might be my first beer with Pacific Sunrise and I think that I like it.
