ULTRAVIOLET IPA. Boasting Citra, Strata, and Vic Secret, this beer is a straight up tropical fruit citrus combo. This potent potable, as with other beers in the Watercolor Series, is as soft and full as ever.

A: Pours a milky murky pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate lemon yellow + bright yellow + pale apricot colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a medium to large sized patch of very thin film covering a little more than 65% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edgers of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/passionfruit + tropical/melon + gooseberry + faint strawberry hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/passionfruit + tropical/melon + gooseberry + faint strawberry hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving moderate to strong lingering citrus + tropical + berry hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly refreshingly creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with really nice citrus + tropical + berry hop flavors and aromas. Definitely would grab this one again.
