This is the base imperial stout upon which all the others are derived. We aged a variety of imperial stouts in maple bourbon barrels and straight up bourbon barrels, blending them to create this decadent imperial stout that tastes like a bourbon-soaked chocolate cake plus just a hint of maple syrup.
