Leading with Citra & Rakau, this soft TIPA tastes of peach rings while being a feather on the palate.

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a snifter.

Look- Dull straw, frothy white head, very hazy, average head retention, above average lacing.

Smell- Melon, clementine.

Taste- Melon, mango, peach.

Feel- Medium body, low bitterness, average carbonation, zero astringency, slightly prickly at the finish.

Overall- Nice flavors, hides it’s high abv well.

A: Pours a milky murky pale bright golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale yellow + pale orange + apricot + peach colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy stone fruit/peach + tropical/melon + citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + oat malts with moderate amounts of sugary sweetness.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + oat malts with moderate amounts of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy stone fruit/peach + tropical/melon + citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango hops which impart minimal amounts of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving lingering moderate sweet stone fruit + citrus hop flavors.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a surprisingly lighter mouthfeel than I was expecting for a TIPA. Very enjoyable stone fruit + citrus + tropical hop flavors and aromas.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy, milky yellow pour, substantial fluffy head, tons of lacing. Aroma is light grapefruit peel. Taste continues with soft citrusy flavors, milky feel, pale malts. Super smooth, creamy. Not a featherweight in ABV, but feels and drinks light.
