Entertaining Mosaic—both pellet & powder—along with Galaxy, HEAVY THIOLS DIPA is a sweet touch of beer heaven, tasting like an elderflower mimosa splashed with extra OJ.

A: Pours a milky murky pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale yellow + pale orange + apricot +peach colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall creamy sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/orange + tropical/mango + stone fruit/peach hops along with moderate aromas of floral + honeysuckle/elderberry hops. Light aromas of biscuit +pale + oat malts with a slightly heavier than moderate amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are slightly heavier than light flavors of biscuit +pale + oat malts with a slightly heavier than moderate amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of floral + honeysuckle/elderberry hops. Finally there are moderate to strong flavors of juicy itrus/orange + tropical/mango + stone fruit/peach hops which impart a minimal amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving moderate lingering citrus + tropical + honeysuckle/elderberry hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with very well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Very enjoyable hop flavors and aromas. Delicious and I could easily have a couple of these though it is a touch on the sweeter side.
