Walloped with Mosaic, Amarillo, & Pacific Jade, this WCIPA is a beautiful amber with the right touch of bitterness.

A: Pours a crystal clear medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate medium golden yellow + bright yellow + amber colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of medium thick film covering a little more than 65% of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of citrus/lemon zest + citrus/grapefruit pith + herbal + pine + tropical/mango hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + toasted + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + toasted + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of citrus/lemon zest + citrus/grapefruit pith + herbal + pine + tropical/mango hops which impart a slightly stronger than moderate amount of lingering aggressive bitterness.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly crisp + aggressively bitter mouthfeel. A West Coast IPA just how I like them, aggressively bitter with a nice balance of toasted malts with lighter sweetness.
