Look: It pours black with a dark brown head. Head retention is low.
Smell: It has a sweet aroma with cinnamon and sugar up front. There are also chocolate and brownie batter notes with a touch of vanilla.
Taste: It's like drinking a chocolate cinnamon bun. There are chocolate flavors with brownie batters. There is a dark chocolate elements with cinnamon and vanilla. It has a quite a sticky bun like character as well. As it warms, there is a dark cherry flavor that rises.
Feel: It has a full body with good alcohol warming.
Overall, a great beer but a bit rich. Wonderful with desert.
