On tap in a 12 ounce snifter glass.
Dense and opaque washed out lemon wheat color. A 1f white cap drops quickly and leaves lots of heavy lacing.
Peach forward aroma kick. Some grapefruit in there with a smoky ember.
Smoke, funky yeast or lactose maybe, bitter citrus. There’s a leather quality to the flavor, like chewing on the leather laces of my baseball glove as a kid.
Medium body, slightly juiced. Lingering funk.
Unique and novel as neipas go.
