A: Pours a clear medium yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a finger thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + grainy malts with moderate aromas of rice adjuncts and a light amount of rice + grainy sweetness. Light aromas of lager yeast. Light aromas of grassy hops.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + grainy malts with moderate aromas of rice adjuncts and a light amount of rice + grainy sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of grassy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving a clean finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a lightly dry + clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a super refreshing light + crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable lighter/more subtle flavors and aromas.
