This English mild is a love letter to malt. Crafted with Golden Promise, Crystal Dark, and Pale Chocolate Malts, it pours a rich mahogany with a creamy tan head. Expect flavors of toasted biscuits, caramelized sugar, and a whisper of cocoa, with a smooth, velvety body that invites pint after pint. Subtly complex yet endlessly drinkable—it’s a brew you’ll mildly covet (but definitely want more of).

16oz can. Poured out a clear, light brown color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of coffee roasted malt, toffee and caramel. Nice roasted coffee, toffee and caramel taste with mild bitterness.

Picked up a 16 oz single from the Hop Spot gas station cooler on NC 191 4-12-25 for $3.59. No canning date; consumed 6-3-25. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured a dark reddish brown with an okay off-white head that dissipated quickly.
Nose has notes of caramelized malts and earthy hops.
Taste is a crystal and chocolate malt base that gives notes of toast, mild roast, and chocolate. Hopping is there to balance the brew and is well executed.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied that is kind of refreshing and smooth.
Overall, this is a real taste treat in a small abv package!
