Utterly Nuts is a rich yet approachable milk stout brewed with peanut butter and chocolate at 6%. Smooth roasted malt lays the foundation for layers of creamy peanut butter and milk chocolate sweetness, creating a balanced, dessert leaning profile without becoming heavy. The body is full and silky with a soft roast character, finishing clean with lingering nutty and chocolate notes that make each sip as satisfying as the last. **This beer does contain nuts and lactose**

Poured from a 6 oz can that I bought in North Carolina.
The beer is bright and clear, with a lighter brown color than most stouts. The head is a light tan color, thick and mousse-like. Peanut butter dominates the nose, with chocolate at a lower intensity. It's like you just unwrapped a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup; delicious and inviting. Roasted grain flavors are prominent but bright, reminding more of a robust brown ale than a stout. The chocolate and peanut flavors surge later in the palate, but don't ever drown out the base beer. No hops or yeast flavors. The base beer and pastry flavors have depth but balance. Medium body with a bit of lingering sweetness that coats the mouth. Creamy, silky carbonation. Medium hops bitterness that prevents the sweetness from getting out of control. Low alcohol presence.
This is a very pleasant beer with an amazing chocolate and peanut butter presence, but manages to do it while remaining true to its milk stout style. This gives it much lower ABV and heaviness than a typical pastry stout.
