16 oz can from Brewers Haven. Clear golden pour with a long lasting creamy off-white head. Aroma is malty with a hint of the Hops to come. Hops are amped up in the taste, earthy, bitter, a nice malt profile. Creamy texture, smooth as silk, with some lingering bitterness.

Rated 3-10-2020. Pours a fairly clear golden color with a decent head. Not overly strong aroma of citrus and taste is similar. Nice hoppy taste and light body. Pretty good beer. 60 IBUs

Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the goblet. Interesting aroma of mango and citrus with some woody notes. The taste is quite lemony with the malt flavors but not sweet at all. Cereal and green mango. Moderate bitter aftertaste and cedar in the nose. This is actually quite pleasant after some sipping. Another new to me brewery that I'm happy to try. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bridge and Tunnel Bottleshop in Astoria. Not dated.

It had a nice yellow color with a white foamy head that laced the glass nicely as I drank it. The smell and taste was of a grassy hop, I really didn't get any other notes. Easy to drink but some what under impressed. Overall all nice but not one I will probably try again.

Stupid-assed 19.2oz "stovepipe" can (no date) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a mostly clear (just a touch of cloudiness) dark yellow/light orange color with over an inch of white head that had very good retention and lacing. The label was cool too: D.B. Cooper preparing to leave the 727 via the rear airstairs.

The aroma was hop forward, mostly citrus, but some pine too. A bit of mustiness was noticeable. I can't tell if that's due to the age of the beer or the types of hops used.

Pretty similar on the tongue; some hop bite at the front, but a staleness on the finish.

The body was on the light side of medium, was crisp, and had a medium-dry finish.

Drinkability was fine, but would have been better in a 12oz serving.

Overall, a solid and average-ish brew. Worth a test drive if you see it.

Undated can, probably from Sept '19 from the beer store owner. Briliant golden amber, dense head. You'll pick up some piney notes in the nose, with a nice hop bite as well. A solid malt base and good mouthfeel, smooth finish makes for a very enjoyable IPA. Our first from this local brewery and we'll be checking out the others.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy, coppery amber with a healthy two finger white head with good retention and thick lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus and lightly piney hops, orange and grapefruit. Flavor is lightly caramel malt with slight biscuit, citrus and grassy hops, lemon, grapefruit, hints of tropical fruit. Flavor drops off just a bit into the finish, but the grassy and citrus hops are joined by little lingering pine. Medium bodied with light creaminess. A straightforward and kind of old fashioned IPA, still sturdy and flavorful to be enjoyable through the 16 oz can.
