Dragon hops 'twin spires' Kolsch style is SPOT ON!! Never tasted or seen such a great Kolsch outside Germany. A BEAUTIFUL beer, well done. Already wrote a quick review of my visit to dragon's with my hefeweizen tasting. One thing I'll add to that synopsis is, the subtleties here reflect their quality. No gimmicks, (fun raffles tho!!) no fancy neveau faux beers, just very well brewed beers. Can't wait for more.
