A top fermented pilsner according to the brewer. This is a Kolsch, I would say. This beer pours a bright golden, amber color with a big head.
Smell is rich and has notes of caramel malt. The yeast profile is clean. The beer is hoppy and has some German noble hop smells.
Taste of caramel malts on top of a light pilsmalt base, which has a little straw in it. The caramel malt gives a bigger mouthfeel. The hops are subtle, bitterness is just right and hoppiness is spicy.
