A dark copper beer with a big frothy head.
Smell is fruity with a lot of dark flavors. Some bready and doughy notes. The malts add a sweet smell. No hoppiness to speak of.
Taste is quite fruity for a bockbier. It lacks the roasted taste usually found in bocks. A sweet and sticky mouthfeel. Drinkability is good. This is not the traditional Dutch bokbier, it leans towards a German bock.
