A Raspberry & Blackberry Cheesecake Sour Ale. Masses of raspberry and blackberry are packed in to this tart yet refreshing sour. We have also added Vanilla and Cream Cheese flavours to make for a delicious dessert-like beer.

440 ml can, as Pentrich Buried Slice Raspberry & Blackberry Cheesecake Sour, from Left Field Beer. ABV is 5.5%. Hazy red to purple colour, small and shortlived pink head. Distinct aroma of raspberry and blackberry cheesecake, also lactic acid, no surprises there. Sour flavour with the same elements, also hints of lemons.
