This is a Belgium Tripel that is 9% ABV and 24 IBUs. The look is hazy with a nice white head. The smell is of cloves and spice. The cloves come through in the taste but so does a little bit of citrus. Overall this is a good representation of a Tripel. Very nicely done by Oswego Brewing.
