Eight hundred pounds of mangos. Let that sink in. That's how much mango we put into this beer. You are going to get so much mango and so much tropical out of this beer, your face might actually melt. Cheers all! This mess is for you!

I aged my last one for maybe two months before reviewing. Still strong as fuck. Maybe it’s missing some hoppiness, but there is a ton of mango flavor and residual lactose sweetness. Just about the most orange juice looking beer I’ve ever seen. Pouring it, I’d swear I see pulp. Not much in the way of head or lacing, but has a very thick and creamy appearance. Smell is the weakest part of the beer. There’s plenty of mango presence and a mildly sweet vanilla clarity in the background. However, I don’t know if it’s the faded hops or something else that gives it some stinkiness. Maybe it’s rotten mangos.
Taste is tangy mango flavor in the forefront with a little sweet vanilla in the background, and that’s it. Feel is very bold and big bodied, mouth watering and creamy. Not a ton of alcohol presence, but definitely there. Two final notes: 1) maybe I should have reviewed this earlier and I would have rated it differently. Problem is I don’t have great beer memory so I honestly can’t remember how it was when it was fresher. 2) I have pretty much given up on milkshake IPAs. But this one is pretty damn good.

Had on tap. Orange juice looking body with a finger of white foam. Smells powerfully of mango, orange, vanilla, all in a prism of sugar. Is exactly how it smells but with some yogurt like yeast here and there. Very smooth, tropical, and refreshing. Bring to your summer cook out. The wife liked it

Another great beer from Oswego Brewing! Love the mango fruitiness and mouth feel. Looks like a glass of orange juice. This was my first milkshake IPA. A nice touch of bitterness in the finish.

Had this on tap. The look was like a glass of orange juice. Very orange with a thick white head. The smell was mango and vanilla up front. The taste had a lot of fruit and mango with a nice bit of bitterness behind it. A surprise as it varies from other milkshake IPAs I've had. ice creamy mouthfeel. For a milkshake IPA this was more bitter than most.
