500 ml bottle into a snifter. Had 2/11/22.
Pours near black and opaque, with no head and no lacing. Aromas of vanilla, coconut, cocoa, chocolate, bourbon, malt, marshmallow, some oak, light coffee. Really smells great. Flavors of vanilla- loads of vanilla, bourbon, malt, chocolate, some coconut and cocoa. Smooth, creamy, a good but lighter full body, appropriately carbonated.
Very enjoyable. Terrific vanilla, the coconut shows well, the barrels are a solid compliment. Drinks a little flat. Would like to give this another try, if they make it again.

This is a barrel aged stout that was brewed for Oswego Brewing's 3rd Anniversary. It's barrel-aged for a year in 15 year wheated Old Fitzgerald barrels. This was really good and the Old Fitzgerald wheated rye flavor really stood out. Very nice blend
