Growing up in Texas, the holidays always brought with it bowls of shredded coconut and chopped oranges. Our Ambrosia salad added a citrus pop to an otherwise decadent but delicious Thanksgiving or Christmas meal. We hope our Pickin' Ambrosia brings some brightness to your Holidays!
