Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at the brewery on 3/14/24 on the way back from the Panhandle.
Served in a "beer can" glass (about the size of a 12 oz can with the lips of the drinking surface curved slightly inwards).
A: Nice copper to coppery-reddish, modestly hazy. Thin off-white head fades quickly atop low carbonation.
S: Nice toasted bready malts with mild caramelization character. A little bit of noble hop, herbal character. Mildly sweet on the nose.
T: Malt-forward, bready with again a bit of toastiness. A bit of caramelization / Maillard products. Mild spicy and earthy hops. Overall leans a bit sweet in the finish.
M: Medium body, decent carbonation, low alcohol flavors.
O: Fine beer. Personal preference is that this is my least favorite of the three Tidal beers I sampled today. Ratings are given on the limited style guidelines I could find published (as I believe this is my first Rotbier).

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
