This is an excellent straight up imperial stout - an excellent example that a lot of add ones are not need for a great beer.
Poured from a growler filled at the brewery yesterday. The beer seemed to hold up well. Nice dark brown color with excellent head and beautiful lacing. Very pleasant dark chocolate and and roasted malt smell and taste. Dark berries, licorice, subtle cinnamon, nutmeg, hint of booze. Smooth, rich feel. Would definitely get again.
