California Wild Ales is at it again … and we are adding to our collection of Pastry Sours!
We set out to make Blueberry Pie Wild Ale that grandma would be proud of. This beer began by sourcing with fresh blueberries from The Flower Fields in Carlsbad, CA. We then added Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans, and Cinnamon to bring this Pastry Sour to life. The deep purple color of this refreshing wild ale will lure you in upon first sight. This Blueberry Pie Wild Ale features the sweetness of the blueberry as well as notes of cinnamon and vanilla. This complex sour beer delivers layers of flavor that your taste buds will enjoy.
We are only releasing (60) 500ml bottles. This beer will be available on tap at the brewery starting Friday, February 7th. So order a few bottles, and stop in for a few pours.
