Great example of a golden ale. Solid all the way around. Color, smell, taste are all spot on. Clocks in at under 5% so it doesn't overpower the food, which if you are at Edmund's Oast is always outstanding. When if they start brewing for sale outside the restaurant I'd hope this makes the rotation.

This is a Table Bier; Belgian Pale Ale being my best guess as to the style it fits into on Beer Advocate. Pours a clear gold color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of pale malt, yeast, biscuit, slight sweet malt, and a hint of hop. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of pale malt, strong yeast, biscuit, slight sweet malt, and a hint of hop. Overall, subpar Belgian Pale Ale, but since Table Bier brews are more concerned with low ABV, than being particularly like Belgian PA's, this is a hard beer to rate on BA.
