Pastel peach hue with a hazed out body and no head.
Smell has a really funky spice, with barnyard and rotting hay.
Taste contrasts, with sour peach, oak, muenster cheese, barnyard funk, and pepper.
When you're going from overly fruited Berliner to neon "Florida-weisse" and back, this comes across as really whacky. Out there. But I have a feeling it'd be closer to a traditional sour, and as such I'd like to have another taste of this.

Appearance: The pink colored liquid looks very still, with very low carbonation and almost no head; no discernable lacing, either
Smell: Fruity and tart, with lactic peach and blueberry tones
Taste: A biting lactic sourness greets the palate, with the peach and blueberry tones developing underneath; the finish is dry and crisp
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with low carbonation
Overall: The beer could use a bit more carbonation but the flavors were nice; fruity, sour and dry
