-on tap at EO. The color is pale apricot-tan, cloudy-verging on opaque (I may have got a puff of yeast from an early pour). The aroma is citrus fruit with peat toast and Brett. The peat punch in the first two sips was arresting. The re are grilled fruit notes, a refreshing acid-funk and peat smoke > hop bite. I enjoyed this unique brew and would have it again.
