-tap pour to short tulip glass is pale yellow, finely effervescent and imparts a light floral aroma with lemony notes. The wild yeast is evident in the aroma too. The flavor is pleasant and delicate and a bit tangy. The mouth feel is a bit thin despite a wheat base. I'll have to try it again.
