Looks like your typical Belgian strong pale with the addition of a fluffy head and phenomenal lace.
Smell is malt with green grape, pear & apple and a goodly dose of funk.
Taste is more of the same, definite funk with the more standard pear & grape notes.
Body is over medium, effervescence is sharp up front, tangy. Warming slightly after the swallow.
A non-stereotypical version of the style, odd even. Not sure the description really fits what's in the glass.
