L: Poured from a growler to a pint glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a small amount of foamy, tan-colored head that quickly dissipated. Not much lacing to be had.
S: A solid aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, peanut butter, and honey.
T: Tasted of a mild bit of hops, some roasted malt (mostly in the finish), some peanut butter, a good shot of chocolate (always welcome), a tinge of honey, and a bit of lactose. One of the more interesting flavors that you're likely to come across. More subtle than it might seem, but it certainly works.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium- to full-bodied.
O: Not necessarily a perfect stout, but likable nonetheless. Drinkable.
