Man, I am a little conflicted with this one. The nose on this is outstanding. Nothing but juicy hops. Not sure what mexican cake spices are but I don’t get anything. Somehow, this one is a little sweet for me. Maybe because they used minimal hops in the boil and just dry hopped the shit out of it, but I am not a fan. Juicy hops but sweet and kind of cloying. Not enough carbonation to cut the sweetness. It’s clear and light colored which usually leads to more bitter less sweet, but this doesn’t fit that profile. Not a big fan of this one.

Poured from can. Smell is big hops. Flavor follows. Get a fair amount of vanilla, but don't get any cinnamon and definitely don't get any heat from the chilis. Soooo, not much of an MC IPA, but still tasty.
