Our series of fruited American Sour Ales come from a love of fresh fruit flavors combined with mouth-watering acidity. We take the same golden sour base beer and referment it with different fruit combinations. These little seasonal sour berries add a refreshing acidity all their own. Explosive fruit notes erupt from the glass, and one is left with a quenched thirst, yet thirsty for more.

A: The beer is hazy cherry red in color. It poured with a narrow off white collar around the edge of the glass and some small patches of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with notes of cranberries.
T: The taste follows the smell and has an even balance between a light to moderate amount of sourness and acidic cranberry juice.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a high amount of tartness in the finish.
O: I found that this beer is easier to drink than having straight cranberry juice as the underlying sour helps to mellow out the acidity and tartness to some degree. This wouldn't be a bad accompaniment to a Thanksgiving dinner.
