L: Had this beer on-tap at Edmund's Oast brewery, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, tan-colored, fairly long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A very good aroma of bourbon, wood, chocolate, malt, coffee, and vanilla.
T: Tasted of a hint of vanilla (very fleeting), lots of chocolate (always a good thing), a moderate amount of bourbon (not overdone, but definitely present), some malt (present throughout), and some oaky notes. A rich and oddly subtle flavor. Not as bracing as AzaWeller, but still powerful.
F: A bit of carbonation with a silky smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A tasty and easy to drink beer. Worth a look.

Pours a nice think deep dark black thin 1 finger tan fade fades too quickly. Smell is great bourbon and barrel so good. Taste is strong bourbon so enjoyable the some notes of sweetness and coconut. Mouthfeel and carb is medium and based taste and look was looking for a touch more and think this could beer over the top . Great BA stout and enjoyable

Black with caramel colored lace and head. Light syrup gravity and noticeable bourbon but not overpowering bourbon taste. Excellent
