Flavor hops: East Kent Goldings
Yeast: Belgian, Brettanomyces, Pediococcus
Pours an orange coppery Haze with minimal head which quickly disappears.
Wine, oak, apricot aroma
White wine, oak, vanilla, light brett, apricot flavors nicely integrated
Medium body, smooth mouth feel, dry finish
Nice oak wine barrel aged wild ale.
