Pours a hazed golden yellow with a finger of white head that dissipated fairly quickly.
Smells tart, slight funk, floral.
Taste follows, floral with a bit of funk, getting a lime tartness in the finish.
Medium body, good carb level, crisp, dry finish.
Overall a pretty tasty one, my first Edmund's Oast but I'll be seeking out more.

Pouring from a 16 oz. can into a tulip glass, this beer pours out a hazy, glowing, sunshine gold. It forms about two fingers of rocky, active, white crown.
Putting my nose into it, I get a tart presence but a lot more of a farmhouse/saison presence. With some funk, floral and straw notes. A little bit of a “punchy” hop presence on the back.
The taste comes in with the delightful funk. Straw and floral notes are in there and kicking. Once again, a kind of punch like presence. Some cracker like malt?
The mouthfeel has a very balanced tartness, slight acidity. It really works with it, not under or over done. It then finishes dry.
This was a very well done brew. It brings pronunciation of aspects while keeping balance to all.
