Collaboration with Flying Machine Brewing Company
A beer-child borne with our friends at Flying Machine Brewing Company, Thunder Sheep crackles with notes of ripe cantaloupe, Muscat grape, and hand-squeezed navel orange. Sporting over 7 pounds of hops per barrel means it's fancier than a cowboy sporting pearl snaps before a dance. We hope you enjoy.

Picked up a 16 oz single at TW Greenville, SC 7-19-21 for $5.49. Canned 5-5-21; consumed 10-6-21. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured orange with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose is very nice, quite citrusy even after five months later.
Taste is hybrid WC/NE IPA, a medium sized malt base displays an orange forward flavor with some cantaloupe lurking in the back. Finishes with a nice orange zest bitterness; 8/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and pretty refreshing.
Overall a very well done brew that i would have again!

First review is spot on- so close to being an outstanding NE IPA but the taste is just 5% off..

Presentation: 16 oz. can with the canning date printed on the bottom. Served in a tulip glass.
Appearance: The half finger head disappears almost immediately and it leaves behind a small amount of lacing in spots. It's a murky, dull orange-gold color.
Smell: It's a faint, fruity aroma of tangerines, melon and green grapes. There's a hint of musty grains in the background as well.
Taste: It's juicy and sweet with a hint of bitterness at the end. The main flavors are of fresh oranges, tangerines and melon.
Mouthfeel: It's smooth, thick and creamy with medium carbonation.
Overall: A nice creamy and fruity beer. It has a big juicy character with just the right amount of bitterness.

A really good NEIPA. Dull yellow, thick unfiltered look. Creamy feel, nice classic NEIPA taste. Not mindblowing but very very good.

Has the look, smell, and feel of a classic New England IPA, but it slightly misses on the taste. Still an enjoyable beer, but there's room for improvement.
