16 oz can, not dated, served in a lager glass.
Pours with a hazy, pale straw colored body with a weak white head.
Aroma: lemon and other citrus notes dominate. Not what I was expecting.
Flavor: mildly bitter with some tartness. Fruity with a lemony finish and aftertaste.
Near medium body with light carbonation.

A: The beer is hazy light yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that died down and left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of rice adjuncts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of rice adjuncts along with notes of pale malts and slight hints of sweetness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: While this beer was brewed with rice, you could definitely taste different aromas and flavors from the Carolina Gold Rice, which tasted more artisanal compared to other types of rice.

A collaboration with Stillwater, this is a fun beer style to partner up to do. Really respectable, and tasty, has a fruity sweetness with a crisp finish. Feels lighter than 6.5%. A slick mouthfeel. If you are down and out, hanging out behind the dumpsters or throwing dice in a back alley and want to maintain some sophistication to your presence, this is the beer for you. No brown bag required.
