L: Had this beer on-tap at Edmund's Oast, poured into a snifter glass. Had a yellowish color and a mostly cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Not a whole lot of lacing.
S: A pretty good aroma of citrus fruit, lactose, hops, and malt.
T: Tasted of hint of hops (not a huge factor), a whole lot of citrus fruit (lime, in particular), some mild lactose notes (present throughout, though not a massive amount), and a little hint of malt (mostly in the finish). This is a sweet sour, and likable flavor. It definitely captures the key lime pie essence. Tasty stuff.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a sharp, lively finish. Light- to medium-bodied.
O: A light and easy to like beer. Drinkable.
