A: The beer is hazy brown in color. It poured with a quarter finger high beige colored head that died down, leaving a collar around the edge and small patches of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of nutty malts are present in the nose along with hints of toffee.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of nutty malts are a bit stronger and also contribute slight hints of sweetness that interplay with the hints of bitterness from the underlying hops.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This brown ale is nice and malty but isn't heavy in body and has just enough underlying hops to cancel out the sweetness from the malts. The beer is very drinkable.

Appearance: Served up a clear, amber-toned body. Off-white head.
Smell: Dry, smelling of toasted bread with a slight nuttiness to it and small, sensible hint of estery fruitiness.
Taste: Houses a mild toastiness, touches of barley grain and hints of nuttiness and of roast. Very low sweetness throughout. Decidedly low fruitiness. Hop character and bitterness remain low as well. Finishes dry.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-low carbonation.
Overall: Not bad.

16 oz can with a 18 September 2019 BB date stamp on the bottom.
Pours with a near black and nearly opaque body topped with a decent beige head.
This brown ale has so much chocolate one might suspect a cocoa additive, but there's no indication of this on the label.
Smooth, medium-full body with medium carbonation.
