16 oz can, dated 1/6/21, into Urban South Willie.
Foggy gold with a creamy cap of 3 fingers, leaving good lacing behind.
Aroma is a mixture of Honey Bunches Of Oats and brewery room. Actually it reminds me of some of Bearded Iris' lower alcohol IPAs.
Flavor brings lots of honey, followed by milk sugar and lavender and vanilla. What's underneath is a boring blonde ale but it doesn't matter because the adjuncts carry the beer.
What's this? The feel...whoa. Creamy and full, with an incredible granola and milk finish. It literally feels like I just drank a bowl of cereal.
Overall, I can understand why some people would diss this beer, and after having a couple IPAs it's pretty mild, but it does what's advertised. It's a solid little banger and EO seems to get more flack than they deserve. If someone local (South Dakota) did this beer I'd be telling people about it.
This should be called Honey Toasted Oast.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with just a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Faint aromas of honey are present in the nose.
T: The taste has light flavors of honey and lactose that stand out in front of pale malts and lend a slight bit of sweetness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink but has nice subtle flavors of honey and sweetness along with some smoothness from the oats. I also like how the oats seemingly lightened the body.
