16 oz can with a 14 September 2021 canning date stamped on the bottom.
Appearance. Dark amber colored body with high clarity and a good off-white head.
Aroma. A relatively complex mix of hoppy notes that is dominated by evergreen notes.
Flavor. This IPA spans the gap between IPA and DIPA with 7% ABV and a darker, a more generous malt bill than your typical IPA, and relatively low bitterness. Clean and well balanced.

16 oz can, dated 9/14/21, into Odell Snifter.
Whowa. Did not expect the massive cube of caramel forming in my glass. It's practically iced tea. Topped with an egg foam yellow colored head of 2 fingers that destroys the snifter with lace slowly. This is obviously a west coastie.
Aroma of caramel and onion skin, some citrus oil, and notes of spruce tips and nutmeg. Kind of Christmas-y.
Flavor follows suit. It gives a sweet almost perfumey entrance, with toffee, brown sugar, and spruce room spray. Follows with molasses and lots of black licorice, then hefty iced tea notes and lemon rinds. Lemon oil or citrus oil (cleaning) fades on the finish.
Feel is wet and slick and oily, with lots of resins, soft carbonation, and moderate alcohol.
Overall, was not expecting a west coast caramel pine bomb but that's what this is. For what it is, it does a good job. It's definitely akin to Celebration or another Christmas style IPA. I just wish the can would have said it was, rather than "India Pale Ale with Whole Leaf Hops". Meh. I'll sip on it awhile.

Appearance: Pours a tawny golden body, a bit of haze within and a full-sized cap of near white foam. Light lacing throughout.
Smell: Pinetree sap aromatics, herbs and florals and plenty of oily citruses. Lightly toasted grains, a sweetish, lightly honeyed vibe and a little ribbon of alcohol.
Taste: Golden honey-kissed barley alongside a few flecks of crisp grains. Spicy, piney, deeply herbal hops take hold with a wallop of bitter citrus fruits (lemon, orange, grapefruit). A good vibrancy, a good acidity and nicely bitter.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-soft carbonation.
Overall: A nicely-executed IPA.
