Appearance: A standard-issue hazy, yellow-toned body with a medium-sized, whitish head.
Smell: Tropical, melony with oily, pithy tangerine and shavings of coconut-cedar atop clean malt bill fluffed with rustic, raw grains.
Taste: A dollop of coconut creme topped with dry pencil shavings. Lightly sweetened whipping cream plus pithy tangerine and flecks of tropical fruit. Smooth, nigh smoove schtew of raw, unmalted grains. Encroaching bitterness with a little heat from the alcohol, though this is fairly well-incorporated. Spritz of floral perfume sets the finish in motion, with its continued bitterness and warmth.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium carbonation. Creamyish mouthfeel.
Overall: Sigh. Sabro hops, like those Giant Asian 'Murder Hornets' are here to stay, I guess, and we just gotta start getting used to 'em.
