Dark Roasted molasses in color, sweet alcoholic aroma, with hints of bourbon and vanilla. Taste is coco, and maple and vanilla, smooth and creamy with no acid or mineral taste despite a significant head for a stout. Delicious, EO really has a handle on all their stouts.
