A: The beer is somewhat hazy light amber in color and has some yellowish hues along with a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving a small patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of toasted malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has subtle hints of malty sweetness along with hints of spicy hops. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this beer to be a very good representation of the style. It would definitely be a good drink to pair with food during the holidays.
