Acquired a can from a friend on poker night 2-17-25. Canned 1-8-25; consumed 4-12-25. Cold stored since acquisition.

Beer poured amber with a pretty good white head.

Nose is nice as the dark fruits are coming thru as the beer warms.

Taste follows the nose as the lighter malt base gives notes of toast. Initial sips reminded me of the old Fat Tire but as the beer warms getting ripe prunes and figs. Finishes balanced.

Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and pretty smooth and refreshing.

Overall, another interesting offering from EOBC!

Decent beer. Not a style I generally like but tried this as part of a flight. Liked it! Surprised me.

A: The beer is relatively clear light amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of Belgian yeast are present in the nose along with notes of spices and hints of candi sugar.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of candi sugar are more subdued.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is some dryness in the finish.
O: This is a nice take on a Belgian amber.
