We are pleased to close out 2022 with a brand new fruited sour ale!
The three powers of Guava, Mango, and Passionfruit have been combined for a tropical fruit rapture wrapped around our golden sour base beer. As always, expect a mouthwatering tartness with a refreshing finish!

Had Sour Guava Mango Passionfruit poured from pint can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "12/29/22," into nonic pint.
Pours deep, hazy melon-gold, with some fruit and other floaties, and a 1-finger near-white head, which soon dissipates to a persistent ring, leaving a little lace. Aroma of tart tropical fruit off pour, then sweet melon, and a little strawberry as warms. Begins hugely biting and tart, which biting tartness carries through sweet, creamy melon, over a bit of white bread malt, into some tropical fruits, pineapple and strawberry, and finally a crisp, herbally bitter finish, balanced by some mouth-filling sweet melon.
Nice biting tartness, but the up-front promise of a fruit festival fades into mostly melon.
