Belgian Barleywine - We designed a rich and decadent barley wine, fermented it with a mix of our house and favorite monastic yeasts, and blended it with a touch of bourbon barrel-aged Sour Cherry.
The result is a wild ride of flavors, ranging from street vendor toffee, cherry drop candies, and Chinese Five Spice. While we cannot justify this beer morally, we do believe this to be a fascinating expression of what can happen when brewing minds collide.

16 oz can ($4.29 from the Wall of Beer in Clemson, SC) with a 3 January 2024 canning date stamped on the bottom.
Appearance. Orange-amber colored body with high clarity and a rather weak, short head.
Only subtle BBA effects in this fine Belgian style beer. The cherries are also barely present. Nonetheless, this has an excellent, true-to-style flavor.
